World’s largest nap pod installation
The 63rd ASH annual meeting & Exposition 2021 was conducted from 11th to 14th December 2021 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Apart from being a productive meeting point for the world’s leading hematologists, the event also broke a rather odd record that perhaps could belong in the Guinness Book of World Records: With 21 Metronaps EnergyPod installed, it was ” The World’s Largest Nap Pod Installation” for any event.

ASH is the world’s premier event in malignant and non-malignant hematology (the study of blood).
The event coordinators of the ASH annual meeting & exposition were already familiar with the benefits of having nap pods available for conference attendees; in 2019, Restworks installed 15 EnergyPods at the conference. The 2020 edition was cancelled due to the pandemic, but this year the ASH was back with more nap pods than ever.
The Power Nap area was staffed by Restworks employees and multiple cleaning protocols had been put in place for the safety of users. Cleaning stations which included antibacterial wipes as well as hand sanitizer and Electrostatic antibacterial sprayers were used to disinfect and sanitize to Energypods.
